We loved the beautiful view from the front facing rooms that allowed us to take in the stunning landscape of the valley. The staff were helpful and courteous, and we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities and the delicious breakfast served each morning.

Absolutely loved my stay at this hotel during my romantic escape! The room was beautifully decorated and had the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. The view from the window was breathtaking and the garden was a perfect spot for a morning stroll. The breakfast was delicious, especially the local delicacies, and the staff were incredibly attentive to our needs. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of options for dining nearby.

Honestly, there was nothing to dislike about this hotel. The only minor issue we had was with the Wi-Fi, which was a bit slow at times.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the town, in close proximity to all the tourist spots like the Maharaja Palace, snow, bike travel rendezvous, and snow. the hotel is situated on the snow, covered slopes, which provide a surreal atmosphere, perfect for those who love winter adventures. the rooms are equipped with excellent facilities and offer splendid views of the snow, capped mountains.

One of the amenities like Wi, Fi services could be made easier to access with unlimited data rather than limited data.

Extremely courteous staff, well-maintained rooms, excellent view of the Snow Clad mountain from the property, great services by the team at the Cafe, food is very nice.

Room view was clean and the restaurant had good food. the hotel was located close to tourist attractions and convenient for exploring the city.

The staff didn't seem very interested in offering good service and were not very friendly or helpful. the hotel wasn't very well maintained and the lobby was quite dirty.
